1/3 cup cholesterol-free reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 Dash red pepper sauce
